In this resume, I really like how my eye first goes to the name that stands out on the left-hand side, and then I can easily make the connection with the initial mark in the right corner. When a resume is so straightforward with information and fairly formal, it is nice to have an initial mark like the one included that helps define the person and give an impression of someone that is laid back and creative.
