I really like your use of white space (or black space here, I guess). The space here breaks up the text at the top and bottom nicely so someone looking quickly isn’t overwhelmed by text. I think another reason the amount of text you have doesn’t seem like a lot is because of your use of different sizes. I think that the all uppercase was a good choice in order to get the important information across quickly, but the different sizes are a goo indicator to viewers what is REALLY important and what should stand out.
I also think there is a lot of continuity between your image and the font you chose. Both look sort of beaten down and weathered. This makes the two parts of the poster flow together.
